He's NOT that kind of lender who try to finish to the loan for only their benefits. He really tried to get best result from the customer(our)'s point of view. I can not say enough good things about Chris and his team. Not only were they patient with us while we tried to find our home.. it took 3.5 years! They never made me feel like i was a bother to them. My questions were always answered quickly, even after hours. The communication and service is top notch. They explained every loan option available the pros the cons and went above and beyond. Chris and his team went above and beyond to help me get into my current home. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. We ran across a deed issue with the current house and he even offered to help get that resolved which isn't something he has to or needs to do. Chris Reshetar was very helpful and communicative through the whole process of helping us secure financing for our first home. He is very thourough and I appreciate his attention to detail and patience with us as first time homebuyers! I used the VA loan benefit, and thanks to Chris and his staff, what seemed out of reach has become a reality for us. He is also a genuinely nice and personable guy, and stays in contact after the sale with any pertinent information. Our mortage was sold not long after closing to another loan servicer, and he diligently assured that we were aware and did not throw away the letter from the new servicer mistaking it for " junk" mail. Also, he sends buyers thoughtful and useful gifts for being a client! I won't spoil the surprise for you here, but it is a nice touch. Thanks again Chris; we will use you again for a VA IRRL if the Fed ever drops the rate!
